Ok Mr. Whiskers, watches are people that are basically, 'watching' you. NO, NOT THE STALKER-TYPE WAY, the kind where they are watching you for like new deviations(drawings), journal entries(Notes where you talk to the people, say stuff that's happening to you, etc. :)), and other stuff. Just telling you just to make sure you know buddy :D
